Do you ever oversell your hosting?
We never oversell on our premium hosting. Our servers are all in a high speed, secure datacentre.
What happens when I need to upgrade, or when I run out of resources for the month?
If you reach the point where you have outgrown the account, you can very easily upgrade to one of our low-cost professional services from only £16 per year.
What if I need support on scripts / have problems?
You can use the computer forum for your scripting issues.
Paid customers will be given access to our support ticket system (clientexec), so that if you are having problems then you will be able to submit a problem ticket and we will endeavor to resolve issues you may be having.
What domain name do I use?
You can use either one of our subdomains, or use our nameservers and your own domain name!
Where can I see your paid for service?
Our paid for service is through MiLon Hosting.
